If you sign up to our services, we may ask for additional information in order to help assist you with getting the perfect image(s) on the day. Some of this information may be personal, and some classed as ‘sensitive’ data. We will only use this information for the purpose that we have obtained it and will gain your explicit consent before using it for any other purpose.

Any information that we gain from you will be used to provide photography services. We may also use your data to allow us to manage the relationship, provide you updates on our business and any new services we can offer. The basis for us processing your data is legitimate interest.

We have regular processes to ensure all our IT equipment is up to date and of a standard that you would expect your data to be protected.
How long will your information be kept?
If you are in a contract with us, your information will be stored for as long as that contract is live, and for a suitable time once it ends.
If you have made an enquiry, your information will be kept for a short amount of time so that we can assist you with any questions you may have.
